PeakRewards℠ Online Access

What is it?

PeakRewards℠ Online Access is a useful tool that gives you 24/7 access to your PeakRewards℠ thermostat(s) or switch(es). This valuable online resource is designed to help you manage your settings and preferences from anywhere with access to a web browser. Simple, user-friendly tools allow you to:

• Change your thermostat settings. Click here for thermostat scheduling helpful tips.
• Override non-emergency cycling events, up to two times a year for the A/C program.
• View your cycling history for each device installed in your home.

In order to use PeakRewards℠ Online Access, you must be a BGE residential customer and enrolled in PeakRewards℠.

How does it work?

By simply logging onto your BGE.com account, you can control your programmable thermostat settings even when you are not home in three easy steps!

1. Log onto your BGE online account: bge.com/myaccount and enter your BGE User ID and Password to sign in.
   
   Not registered for a bge.com account? Click the Not yet registered? link online to sign-up. You must have your BGE account number at the time of enrollment. It may take up to 48 hours for the Manage my PeakRewards℠ Settings link to be visible for newly registered users.
2. Click the Manage my PeakRewards℠ Settings link.
3. Welcome to PeakRewards℠ Online Access! You can now:
   
   • Track Cycling Event Status and History
   • Set and Save Thermostat Schedules
   • Temporarily Adjust Thermostat Settings
   • Change Device Label(s)
   • Check Enrollment Status
   • Override (opt-out) non-emergency cycling events, up to two times a year

BGE is not responsible for the thermostat settings and schedules, which are chosen by the customer. BGE cannot guarantee the information transmitted will change the setting due to atmospheric conditions and/or weak signaling strength in certain areas.
